About these terms

By using this website, you agree to these website terms. If you act for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to use the site and submit information on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Website and demonstration requests

The site provides general product information and a way to request a business discussion. Submitting a form does not oblige Fable Systems to provide a demonstration, evaluation workspace, proposal or service. We may decline, prioritise or ask for more information where needed to qualify and safely deliver a request.

Product demonstrations and evaluation material use clearly labelled sample data. Feature availability, implementation scope, service levels, pricing, data location and provider commitments are determined only by the applicable proposal or commercial agreement.

Acceptable use

You must not use this website, its forms or any evaluation access to:

• break the law, infringe another person’s rights or submit information without authority;
• probe, bypass or interfere with access controls, rate limits, security or service availability;
• upload malicious code, automated spam, payment card data or unnecessary sensitive information;
• misrepresent your identity, organisation or purpose;
• copy, scrape or reverse engineer protected product material except where law does not permit that restriction; or
• use evaluation access for production customer or revenue operations.

We may block a request or withdraw access where this is reasonably necessary to protect the service or others.

Your information

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for having authority to provide it. Our handling of personal information is described in the privacy notice. Do not place confidential customer records in the public enquiry form.

Intellectual property

Fable Systems and its licensors retain their rights in Correl, the website, product designs, software, documentation, branding and related material. These terms give you only a limited, revocable right to use the public site for ordinary business evaluation. No source code, trade mark, database or other licence is granted by implication.

If you send feedback, you permit Fable Systems to use it without restriction or payment, provided that we do not identify you publicly as its source without permission.

Third-party services and links

Links and references to third-party products are provided for context. They do not imply endorsement, partnership or responsibility for a third-party service. Your use of another service is governed by its own terms.

Availability and accuracy

We take reasonable care with the public site but it is provided for general information and evaluation. We do not promise that it will always be available, complete or free from defects. Do not rely on the site as legal, tax, accounting or investment advice, or as a binding description of a future service.

Responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, Fable Systems is not responsible under these website terms for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data arising from use of the public site. Any responsibility for a subscribed service is governed by the commercial agreement.

Changes and ending access

We may change the site or these terms. The effective date above identifies the current version. We may suspend or end public-site or evaluation access where reasonably necessary, including for security, maintenance, misuse or legal reasons.

Law and contact

These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any rights that applicable law does not allow to be restricted.
